The presence of fat is there throughout our body, which in the proper proportion is good and not harmful, but if, the fat proportion is uneven, then it is causes different weight issues, like obesity and other related heart diseases and different other disorders. There are various ways to reduce fats, for example doing exercises which are power based and are high in intensity, the best time to do exercises which would show positive results and help in weight loss, exercising in the morning, preferably before having breakfast. The unwanted fats, which are not digested or are unable to get digested, gets transferred to different body parts, popularly the areas like the belly, upper arms, thighs, posterior, neck etc. To reduce fat or have fat loss in the stomach or to reduce belly resulting into a flat structure are to do exercises like stomach crunches and sit ups, doing cardio based exercises for at least 20 minutes, a proper balanced diet low in fat. Avoid the intake of alcoholic drinks and junk foods. As the unsaturated fats do not get dissolved and stores in the stomach, creating a belly or a pouch. Since stomach is a stubborn area to get reduced. Therefore, concentration on it should be increased while following an exercising regime.
To reduce the weight or the extra fat from the thighs which results because of dis balance in the hormones and irregular eating habits, are many, like jogging, vigorous running, using the treadmill, cycling, exercising using the ropes etc. Doing one or more of the following, for at least 30 minutes would work effectively and reduce the fats on the thighs. To reduce excessive fat present in the arms, a person has to do exercise concentrating on the whole body but focusing more on the hands, like using the ropes or swimming would give fruitful and positive results. Exercises on the arms should be done in repetition in 12 to 16 times. Push ups are also affective for the arms. The best way to reduce fat from the posterior are by doing exercises like sit ups, lunges, squats and many sports, too. Especially aerobics, which not only works on the posterior but on the whole body, too!But, fat is not burned on any particular area or areas at a specific time period or schedule, the exercising regimes work on the whole body and reduce the required fat from the required area. Therefore, full fledged workouts is best and doing all kinds of exercises from crunches, to squats, sit ups, jogging, doing various sports and activities like swimming, cycling, soccer games, basketball games etc. These are the most and the best ways to lose fat especially from the belly, thigh, arms, neck etc.But the most significant point is to follow a proper and healthy diet with the regular supplements and intake of vitamins, nutrients, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, etc. Which is a balanced diet, regular work outs would enable a person to lose the weight or the excessive fats from different areas. And a regular visit to the physician or the preferred doctor is last but not the least most important factor in this regime or routine of weight loss.
